The Spanish American International Chaplain Association of Florida (SAICA) is a 501(c)3 non profit organization founded to equip Chaplains with the most highly professional training and pastoral formation to be agents of change for Jesus Christ to the world. Founded by Bishop Dr. Enrique Hernandez to spread the Gospel effectively through all mass media, SAICA focuses on training for two ministries: Hospital Chaplains and Jail Chaplains.
