Operation Safety 91 hosted the 5th Annual Tribute to Honor America's 1st Responders, with special emphasis on Police and Law Enforcement, at the Rosen Centre Hotel in Orlando, FL on February 22, 2013. Keynote Speaker, Jorge Diaz, retired veteran of Hialeah Police Department and currently serving as commissioned Police Chaplain and Officer with West Miami Police Department was the Keynote Speaker. Approximately 400 Responders and supporters attended this annual Patriotic Luncheon, which was streamed live to Responders around the world.
